Door Calc 2007 Version 4.0 is an extremely easy to use door calculating software program. It will calculate cut lists for both cabinet doors, and full sized house doors. The stiles and rails for raised panel doors may be of any width, and at any location, up to four panels. It gives the user a visual representation of the style and type of door being calculated, and the cut list is broken down by each stile, rail, and panel. It doesnt stop there though. It also calculates the total board footage required to build the door or doors, and includes the total costs, including labor for the doors. This is very handy when comparing the cost of building the doors yourself vs subing it out to a door company to build them. Door Calc 2007 can be customized into determining the exact length of the rails and panels depending upon what cutter you are using in your shop. Some router bits vs shaper cutters have different depths for the tongue of the stile. Door Calc takes that into consideration in every cut list. Version 2.5 also calculates your hardware, and has an improved cut list report print out.

Now you can print out twenty or more different door sizes of the same configuration and type door. We've added a whole new module to Door Calc that allows you to enter different width, height, and quantity to your door list. That's how your kitchens will be, so we had to make it happen, and happen it has in version 3.2. Your cut list can be almost as long as you need to make it, (20 different dimensions being the limit so far in this version) but each of those 20 different sized doors may have an infinite number of copies. Above is a screen shot of the cut list preview in front, and the interface where users enter the dimensions/quantity for multiple sized doors in their cut list. This particular list of doors, (or drawer fronts) includes (in each individual door item) the OVERSIZE cut list as well. Note the vertical scroll bar on the right side of the preview. Door Calc is about to print a very large quantity of doors in this list.
