The program figures most of the cabinet box parts differently if the cabinet has one or both ends un-exposed. The end panels differ from an exposed situation in that they are held down so the top strips may pass over them, providing a more secure connection. The end panels also stop at the top of toe kick, making the cabinet easier to handle as well as more thrifty on material. The width is also shorter in an un-exposed situation, since the back and rear support strips may pass over the end panels, rather than bumping the rabbet. This too gives a more secure connection. So with the end panels un-exposed, everything is longer except the end panels themselves. The back, top strips, and rear strips will all be longer.
