Validation Information & Instructions
- Open the setup file you downloaded, or install with the auto menu on the CD.
- A Cabinets Plus! Icon will be created on the desktop, double left click on this to start .
- You are given 4 days trial time before validation of the software is mandatory. It would be a good idea to have the manual at your side while running Cabinets Plus! for the first few times. After 4 days has passed since installation, the Validation screen will appear. You must be online for this procedure to work. Enter the five character license ID number that is included at the bottom of this message, and also here. “ABC12” Also enter the email address you used to purchase the program. “johndoe@myemail.com”
- Set the Register Option to "Register Online". Also make certain your firewall is configured to allow Cabinets Plus! access to the internet. Your firewall should ask if it is ok to allow Cabinets Plus!] access to the internet. Select Yes, and wait for the validation process to run its course. If everything went as it should, the validation screen will disappear and Cabinets Plus! will begin running.
- If you get a message indicating the license is incorrect, then check to be certain you are not entering a zero for the letter O, or vice versa. If you get a message to try again in 15 minutes, it could mean your firewall has not allowed the validation process access to the internet. At which time you may either reconfigure your firewall, or select the Offline method.
- OFFLINE METHOD: Switch the Register Option to the Register Offline. You will see your "Hardware ID" number. Write it down, and go to the following web page by clicking on this link: http://cabinets-plus.net/keygen/ .
When you arrive at the web page, enter the license ID “ABC12” (Example only) and your email address “johndoe@myemail.com”. Click Start Activation. At the next screen, enter your hardware ID number that you wrote down earlier. Then click on Continue. The next screen will have your Activation Key Code number in bold green text. Enter it on the proper line of the product validation screen, and select OK.
- That's pretty much all there is to it. Please remember that once your product has been validated there can be no refunds. Also there can be no refunds if requested beyond 30 days from purchase date.
