Returns & Refund Policy

We have 3 conditions which must be adhered to in order to receive a refund of your product purchase. When you first purchase, and install one of our products you are given four or more days to try the product before registration becomes mandatory. After that trial period is over the software ceases to function, and a registration popup appears from which you may register the product online. We also have an offline method option on the registration popup. The offline method works for customers who do not wish to epose their computers to the internet. With the offline method they can self create a validation key from a different computer, but must still be online to do so. Once registered or validated your product will function in full force.

(1) No refunds will be given if the product has been registered or validated by using the registration popup which appears when the program is loaded into ram memory, or by using our automated online registration web page. Our license database contains records of all customers registration activity including their computers hardware ID code.

(2) Refunds must be requested by email (rk@cabinets-plus.net) before 30 days has passed after the initial purchase date. After 30 days has passed no refunds3 can be given.

(3) The product must be returned to us in the same condition in which you received it. (A) No scratches, finger prints, smudges etc on the CD's. (B) Manuals must be in perfect shape as well. No missing pages, no smudges or dirt etc on any of the pages. They must be clean and ready to ship out again.
